Chats API

Action

The following actions are available. Choose from the list below to view full details of how to access them.

• List chats

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/list

  This method lists all chats

• Initiate a chat

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/initiate

  Initiates a new chat with an existing session

• Chat details

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/chat

  This method returns chat information plus any messages for the chat

• Delete a chat

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/delete

  This method will delete a chat and all its history.

• Message history

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/messages

  Returns an array of all messages for a chat (with newest first)

• Close a chat

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/close

  Closes an active chat

• Send a message

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/send_message

  Sends a new message to an existing chat

• Get data tab contents

  https://api.natterly.com/api/v1/chats/data_tab

  Return data tab information for a given chat if available
